Mom’s Spaghetti

When your arms are heavy, it’s time for mom’s spaghetti.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil a pot of water. Once boiling, add 3 tbsp of salt and all the noodles for 15 minutes, then strain it under cold water.
  2. Mince garlic, chop onions, and slice mushrooms
  3. In a pot, fry onions for a minute
  4. Fry garlic for a minute
  5. Add mushrooms
  6. Add can of diced tomatoes and both cans of tomato paste
  7. Add 28oz of water (from diced tomato can)
  8. Add basil, oregano, salt, and pepper
  9. Simmer for an hour
