Mom's Spaghetti
When your arms are heavy, it's time for mom's spaghetti.
Ingredients
- 2 pkg of noodles (900g total)
- 1 pkg of mushroom
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 2 cans of tomato paste (14oz total)
- 1 can of diced tomatoes (28oz total)
- 1 tbsp of of basil
- 1 tbsp of oregano
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Boil a pot of water. Once boiling, add 3 tbsp of salt and all the
noodles for 15 minutes, then strain it under cold water.
- Mince garlic, chop onions, and slice mushrooms
- In a pot, fry onions for a minute
- Fry garlic for a minute
- Add mushrooms
- Add can of diced tomatoes and both cans of tomato paste
- Add 28oz of water (from diced tomato can)
- Add basil, oregano, salt, and pepper
- Simmer for an hour
